Terms of service

The service

Answerhall reads the public pages of your website or store and answers visitors' questions from them, with a link to the source. When the answer is not on your pages, it says so and points the visitor to you. It is provided by BESSONDIGITAL LLC, West Jordan, Utah.

Your part

• You own, or have the right to publish, the content on the pages Answerhall reads.
• You keep your pages accurate. Answerhall repeats what they say; it does not check whether it is true.
• You do not use the service to answer questions in regulated areas where a wrong answer could cause harm, such as medical dosing or legal advice, without your own review.

Answers are drawn from your pages

Answerhall is built to answer only from what you have published and to decline otherwise. It is still software reading text, and it can misread. Every answer links to its source so a visitor can check. You are responsible for what your pages say; we are responsible for answering from them faithfully and for telling you, in your reports, where it could not.

Price and billing

Shopify stores pay through Shopify: $79 a month after a 14-day free trial, cancelled at any time from the Shopify admin, with no further charge after the current period. Other organizations pay the price on their offer or invoice. Prices change only with notice before your next renewal.

Leaving

Uninstall the app or tell us in writing and the service stops. Your pages, settings and question records are deleted within 30 days, as the privacy policy describes.

Limits

The service is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it up and accurate and we tell you when it is not. Our total liability to you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes are heard in Salt Lake County, Utah.
